At Empower Access Thrive, we specialise in supporting neurodivergent and disabled individuals to not only remain in work but to truly thrive. Whether you’re navigating the challenges of ADHD, dyslexia, chronic illness, or mental health conditions, we’re here to provide the guidance, training and strategies you need to succeed in your career or business.
Tailored one-to-one support to help manage focus, motivation, and overwhelm. Studies show ADHD coaching improves executive functioning and emotional regulation (Journal of Attention Disorders). We help you build practical systems that actually work for your brain.
Struggling with organisation, deadlines or communication at work? We offer realistic, flexible tools to support performance. Coaching has been shown to boost productivity by up to 88% (CIPD, 2021). It’s about working smarter, in a way that works for you.
Navigating Access to Work can be confusing and stressful — we make it simple. From form-filling to assessments and appeals, we guide you every step of the way.
Whether it’s admin help, travel support or guidance during the workday, a job aide can be life-changing.
1 in 5 people in the UK are disabled, yet 75% feel they need to hide it at work (Scope). Our training gives teams the tools to build inclusive, confident, and understanding workplaces – no jargon, just real-world awareness that makes a difference.

We’re proud to be a team of passionate professionals who genuinely understand what it means to live – and thrive – with disability, neurodiversity, or long-term health conditions. Many of us have lived experience ourselves, which brings depth and empathy to everything we do.
Our team includes accredited ADHD coaches, qualified therapists, experienced careers advisors, professional trainers, and education consultants – all dedicated to helping you move forward with confidence.
Everyone here brings their own skills, warmth, and a shared belief in your potential. You don’t have to do this alone – we’re in your corner.
The first step is completely free. We offer a 30-minute consultation at no cost to talk through what support you might need and how we can help.
If you decide to go ahead, sessions can be funded through the Access to Work grant, meaning there’s no cost to you.
We support you through the entire Access to Work application process, so you don’t have to figure it out alone. The grant is there to help people with disabilities or long-term conditions stay in work – and that includes funding specialist coaching like this.
Sessions are completely tailored to you. Whether you’re looking for coaching, advocacy, or practical support – we’ll work together in a way that suits your needs, your pace, and your goals.
If you’re not sure what you need yet, that’s okay. Book a free chat and we’ll figure it out together.
